Upcoming workshops.

Papernook facilitates a range of creative workshops, using a therapeutic arts-based approach for smaller groups. Oftentimes this is a great way to try Arts Therapy and a softer approach to creating connections and meeting new people. You might even learn new skills and techniques! Workshops are explorative and help you discover new insights about yourself and gain a deeper awareness about your situation and experiences in a curious, explorative setting. Each person has the support of a professional Arts Therapist to create and unpack in a safe way. And no, you don't need to be an artist to attend!

Next Up.

Book Altering with Chloe

Altered books is our regular drop-in creative online workshop!
Up to 6 places available each week - registrations by enquiry only
Altered Books with Chloe is an ongoing weekly opportunity to 'drop in' online whenever it works for you. The focus is centred on connecting from the comfort of home, while creatively engaging with the art of altering pre-loved books no longer in use. Learn and practice different techniques each week with guidance.

Join us for the opportunity to connect and attend to an arising theme of choice with therapeutic support from a Masters accredited Arts Therapist. Join Chloe and discover a world of block out poetry, collaging, stitching, cut-outs and so much more. Working with an altered book can provide great inspiration for self expression and is also a great approach to multi-modal journaling.
