Upcoming workshops.
Papernook facilitates a range of creative workshops, using a therapeutic arts-based approach for smaller groups. Oftentimes this is a great way to trial Arts Therapy and a softer approach to creating connections and meeting new people. You might even learn a few new skills and techniques! Workshops are explorative and help you discover new insights about yourself and gain a deeper awareness about your situation and experiences in a curious, explorative setting. Each person has the support of a professional Arts Therapist to create and unpack in a safe way. And no, you don't need to be an artist to attend!
