Arts Therapy services.

Papernook provides Arts Therapy to children, teenagers and adults. We can support you to work through current challenges personally, professionally and in relationships. Our approach in therapy supports self-expression, communication and creative reflection by using a range of modalities and arts making processes. If you have tried traditional talk therapies and found that you did not fully achieve the desired outcome, then Arts Therapy may be a great alternative.

We take a person-centred approach to supporting people's well-being through incorporating tactile materials and guided creative engagement alongside a trained professional. Clients often walk away feeling surprised and enlightened by what comes to the surface through this process in a supportive and safe environment. Arts Therapy can complement other health services, support holistic care plans and work towards shared goals.
We offer services in the following formats:
  • Private appointments
  • NDIS
  • Group facilitation
  • Family and relationship explorative sessions
  • Contracted services
  • Assistance to deliver grant/funded programs and training (eg. schools, community, disability, social and recreational, mental health, and more)
  • Professional development and well-being workshops tailored for organisations and teams - learn more
  • Private workshops and events
