Arts Therapy services.

Papernook provides Arts Therapy services to children, teens and adults. Whether you require support to work through current challenges personally, professionally or in your relationships, this form of therapy is a wonderful option using all modalities including arts, sound and movement. If you have tried the more traditional talking therapies and found that you did not fully achieve the desired outcome, then Arts Therapy is a great alternative. As a newer intervention, it takes a unique approach to supporting individuals through the use of 'multimodality' with a trained professional. Most people walk away feeling surprised and enlightened by what comes to the surface through the process in a supportive and safe environment. Arts Therapy can also complement other health services being received. Papernook can support holistic care plans and work towards shared goals.
Arts Therapy services are available in the following formats:
  • Individual appointments
  • Family and relationship explorative sessions
  • Support for NDIS funded participants
  • Contracting and assistance with grant applications to run group programs and training (eg. social, recreational, disability, mental health, schools, community, mentoring and more)
  • Professional development and well-being workshops tailored for organisations and teams - learn more
  • Recreational workshops and events
